INGREDIENT INFORMATION
- Peppermint Essential Oil - Peppermint has been known to help relieve tension and migraine headaches by relaxing tense muscles, clearing the sinuses and helps to reduce inflammation and swelling.
- Eucalyptus Essential Oil - has been known to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and decongesting properties and has been used traditionally for many years to treat asthma, nasal congestion, runny nose, cough, sore throat, and sinusitis.
- Lavender Essential Oil - helps with relaxation and has been know to relieve headaches.

- You will receive (1) One shower steamer that is labeled and shrink wrapped
- Directions For Use - For the best effect, place your shower steamer as close to your head as possible when showering. Allow some of your shower water to hit the steamer or simply drizzle some water on the steamer. If done this way, your steamer should last 2 to 3 showers.
